About the role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Associate to join our team in Beirut. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on supporting project planning, execution and monitoring to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution and monitoring of project activities.
- Conduct research, gather data and analyse findings.
- Prepare reports, presentations and project documentation.
- Record meeting minutes and track action items.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Required profile
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Experience in research and information synthesis.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with team members and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with AI tools.
- Experience with project management tools.
