Junior Estimation & Tendering Specialist

About the role

Black Milk is seeking a Junior Estimation & Tendering Specialist to support its lighting design and supply projects across architectural, commercial, hospitality and residential sectors. Based in Beirut, you will work closely with the sales and design teams to develop accurate cost proposals and tender documents for high‑end lighting installations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare lighting quotations and commercial offers for diverse projects.
• Assist in pricing and cost estimation, including the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
• Develop technical data sheets and product submittals.
• Support tender documentation, submission processes and coordination with clients.
• Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings related to lighting layouts and BOQs.
• Organise project documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Provide technical and commercial assistance to sales and design teams.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Background in lighting, architecture, interior design, construction or technical sales is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint).
