Junior Electrical Engineer – Building Design & Microgrids

About the role

We are looking for a fresh‑graduate Electrical Engineer to join our Baabdat office. The position is full‑time and on‑site, offering immediate involvement in real projects and direct mentorship from senior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare electrical drawings and design documentation for building services.
• Perform load calculations, distribution design, and coordination of building systems.
• Assist with power‑quality analysis and microgrid/PV‑hybrid system studies.
• Participate in site visits, supervise installations, and coordinate with vendors and clients.
• Support the engineering team throughout the full project cycle, from concept to hand‑over.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong foundation in electricity principles and circuit analysis.
• Motivation to learn and grow into independent project management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Fluent English communication; Arabic or French is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design and drafting tools such as AutoCAD or similar.
• Familiarity with electrical analysis software (e.g., ETAP).
• Competence in electrical design, load calculations and distribution planning.
• Basic knowledge of power‑quality assessment and microgrid concepts.
• Understanding of PV/hybrid system principles.
