Junior Business Analyst (Operations & Process Optimization)

About the role

As a Junior Business Analyst at 800 STORAGE you will work closely with operations and leadership teams to understand how the business functions, spot improvement opportunities, and support projects that make processes more efficient across Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Movers.

Key responsibilities

• Map and audit operational workflows, identify bottlenecks and design streamlined processes.
• Build dashboards and reports tracking metrics such as conversion rates, occupancy, collections performance, and service delivery times.
• Collaborate with department heads to translate operational needs into system specifications and ensure adoption.
• Design automation workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make and work with the AI team to integrate them.
• Set up measurement frameworks to track process changes against clear KPIs and report findings to leadership.
• Create and maintain living documentation of business processes, system requirements, and SOPs.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in business analysis, operations analytics, or process improvement, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing.
• Hands‑on experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
• Strong process‑mapping and documentation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
