Junior Account Manager (Beirut)

About the role

The Junior Account Manager will work on‑site in Beirut supporting Rutatel Technologies’ client portfolio. This entry‑level position focuses on daily client communication, issue resolution, and helping customers get the most out of the company’s cloud‑based messaging solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day communication with assigned accounts and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Monitor traffic and performance reports, ensuring service quality.
• Assist in preparing proposals, pricing, and renewal documentation.
• Coordinate with operations, technical support and other internal teams to fulfil client requirements.
• Maintain accurate account records and follow up on contract renewals.
• Identify upselling and service‑expansion opportunities.
• Build strong, professional relationships while learning Rutatel’s products and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Ability to manage client relationships and provide responsive support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a business context.
• Basic understanding of cloud communications and messaging services (e.g., SMS) is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities to juggle multiple accounts.
• Comfort working with data, spreadsheets or dashboards for performance review.
• Proactive problem‑solver eager to learn new tools and processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Beirut and maintain a professional, inclusive attitude.
