IT Support Officer

About the role

Byblos Vista is seeking a reliable, hands‑on IT Support Officer to provide day‑to‑day technical assistance for its fast‑paced US‑based operations. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve hardware, software, and networking issues while ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line support for laptops, desktops, printers, and related equipment.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software across the organization.
• Administer Microsoft 365 environments, including user account creation, permissions, and security settings.
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity, networking, and infrastructure problems.
• Manage system updates, asset inventory, documentation, and vendor coordination.
• Support onboarding/offboarding from an IT perspective and assist with operational tools such as ClickUp.
• Perform ad‑hoc IT and operational tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, ICT, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in IT Support or Help Desk roles.
• Strong understanding of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced operational environment.

• Familiarity with Azure (AZ‑104) and Cisco CCNA certifications (nice to have).
