Intermediate/Senior Full Stack Developer (French)

About the role

Aspire Software is seeking an Intermediate to Senior Full Stack Developer to join its Lebanon team. The role focuses on building and maintaining mission‑critical applications while collaborating with a multilingual client base.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze Jira tickets to understand functional and technical requirements.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain application features using Java and related technologies.
• Participate in two‑week Agile sprints, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement activities.
• Conduct code reviews and adhere to the team’s development standards.
• Collaborate with teammates to propose robust, maintainable solutions aligned with client needs.
• Ensure code quality, performance, stability, and security.
• Communicate ideas, recommendations, and technical arguments clearly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Java development.
• Availability during 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
• Comfort working in an Agile environment with regular sprints.
• Strong team spirit, knowledge sharing, and participation in technical discussions.
• Ability to analyze requirements, solve problems, and deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Preferably fluent in French.
