Interior Designer (Hybrid)

About the role
Mani Doro is seeking a full‑time Interior Designer to work from our Sarba office with a hybrid arrangement. You will create design concepts for residential and commercial projects, collaborating closely with our furniture and production teams to deliver cohesive, functional interiors.
Key responsibilities
- Develop mood boards, layouts, material palettes, and furniture selections aligned with client needs and brand standards.
- Perform space planning and produce detailed drawings and documentation.
- Coordinate FF&E specifications and collaborate with architecture and construction teams to ensure design intent.
- Meet with clients, gather requirements, present proposals, and revise concepts based on feedback.
- Integrate custom and standard pieces into interior designs while managing project timelines and documentation.
Required profile
- Strong interior design and space‑planning abilities for residential and commercial spaces.
- Knowledge of architecture and construction drawings to ensure feasibility and compliance.
- Experience with FF&E selection, specification, and coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent visual communication and ability to manage multiple projects in a hybrid environment.
- Familiarity with building codes, accessibility standards, and basic construction practices is a plus.
- Previous experience in furniture‑focused or interior design studios preferred.
