About the role

Future Unit is seeking a full‑time Insurance Consultant to join its hybrid team in Dbayeh. You will guide clients through insurance and financial planning solutions, helping them achieve long‑term security and investment goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on insurance products and financial planning.
• Analyze clients’ financial needs, risk profiles, and retirement objectives.
• Design customized insurance, retirement, and investment plans.
• Recommend suitable insurance solutions aligned with client goals.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, product updates, and regulatory changes.
• Actively grow a personal client portfolio.

Required profile

• Motivated, goal‑oriented and disciplined.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Interest in financial planning, insurance, and investments.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
• Previous experience or certifications in finance or insurance are a plus but not mandatory.
