Inbound Sales Development Representative – GCC Region

About the role

RemotePass is seeking an inbound Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for companies interested in its global hiring platform across the GCC region. You will respond quickly to inbound inquiries, qualify prospects, and set up meetings for the sales team, delivering a professional first impression.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries within minutes, transitioning interest into a sales conversation.
• Maintain a daily flow of follow‑up calls and personalized messages to keep RemotePass top‑of‑mind.
• Use consultative discovery to uncover prospects’ pain points around global hiring, payroll and compliance.
• Navigate objections with empathy, reframing hesitation into partnership opportunities.
• Craft tailored outreach to secure introductory meetings and coordinate demos for Account Executives.
• Record all interactions and progress accurately in the CRM system.
• Meet defined response‑time targets (SLAs) and monthly pipeline goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing to share prospect insights and improve lead quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, or a similar role, preferably in a fast‑paced tech or SaaS environment.
