Implementation Specialist

About the role

As an Implementation Specialist at tradias, you will play a key role in onboarding crypto clients and trading counterparts onto our portfolio management system. You will work closely with Middle Office, Back Office and development teams to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding of crypto clients and trading counterparts into the portfolio management system.
• Automate data retrieval and integration through efficient data mappings.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement and optimise API connections.
• Work with Middle Office and Back Office to ensure seamless data reconciliation.
• Identify and implement automation and workflow optimisation to boost efficiency.
• Use SQL to generate reports and visualisations for decision‑making.
• Test new system features and report bugs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of blockchain technology and its applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Required skills

• PostgreSQL (basic to intermediate).
• SQL for reporting and data analysis.
• RESTful APIs for data retrieval and system integration.
• Data mapping and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with Jira for task management.
