Project Manager – Implementation Projects

About the role

The Project Management domain at Murex is responsible for implementing and delivering Murex solutions to clients. As the Project Manager for the MEA region, you will own the end‑to‑end implementation project, guiding the team from contract signing through go‑live while ensuring adherence to Murex standards and fostering long‑term client partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the project team toward defined objectives, motivating members in collaboration with their managers.
• Communicate project status and provide clear visibility to Murex management, clients and integrators.
• Define and maintain detailed project plans, including effort estimation, staffing, logistics and governance.
• Coordinate with clients and integrators to ensure readiness and build trusted partnerships.
• Identify risks and issues, implement mitigation strategies, and monitor KPIs.
• Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, timeline and quality, managing change requests.
• Apply Murex project methodologies, tools and best practices, contributing to their evolution.
• Prepare project closure, hand‑over and capture lessons learned.

Required profile

• Computer Science or Computer Engineering degree (preferred).
• 7‑10 years of total work experience, with at least 3‑4 years of project management in software or banking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with client‑facing experience.
• Advanced expertise in at least one functional domain; knowledge of Murex software is a plus.
• Analytical, organized and methodological approach, eager for new challenges and continuous learning.
• Willingness to travel as required.
