Implementation Specialist

About the role

Aspire Software is seeking a motivated Implementation Specialist to join its Lebanon team. In this position you will own the customer relationship throughout the implementation phase, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and a successful transition to the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end customer onboarding projects, coordinating with internal teams and clients.
• Assist with contract creation, customize agreements, and oversee technical integrations.
• Execute data migrations, validate data accuracy, and resolve implementation‑related issues.
• Maintain detailed documentation of processes and continuously improve repeatable procedures.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in a technical, data‑focused, or implementation role (or equivalent internship/academic experience).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Comfort working with databases and writing/executing SQL queries.
• Experience handling structured data formats such as CSV, Excel, and JSON.
• Problem‑solving skills with the ability to investigate data issues independently.
