About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Human Resources Officer to join our dynamic team in Beirut. The role focuses on supporting daily HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Support payroll processing and attendance administration.
Coordinate employee relations, performance management, and related processes.
Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and local labor regulations.
Handle routine HR administrative tasks.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience (preferred).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with HR information systems.
