This full-time on-site position is for a Human Resources Specialist based in Khalde, responsible for overseeing HR functions and supporting the company's growth.

- Maintain HR records and support payroll/attendance processes

Required profile
- Proven track record in Human Resources Management

- Solid background in performance management
- Expertise in labor law compliance and HR policy understanding

- Experience supporting employee development
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
