Human Resources Officer – HR Specialist in Beirut

About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Human Resources Officer to join our dynamic team in Beirut. The role focuses on supporting daily HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support payroll processing and attendance administration.
- Coordinate employee relations, performance management, and related processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and local labor regulations.
- Handle routine HR administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience (preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with HR information systems.
