Human Resources Analyst – Data‑Driven HR Role

About the role

Averda is seeking a data‑driven Human Resources Analyst to support its HR function across multiple markets. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of HR policies to improve people processes and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and interpret HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, retention, absenteeism and performance data.
• Prepare HR dashboards and reports to enable data‑driven decision‑making.
• Monitor HR trends and provide actionable insights to enhance people processes and employee experience.
• Analyse recruitment, onboarding, performance management and attrition metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and track relevant KPIs.
• Manage employee engagement surveys, stay interviews and pulse surveys, delivering insights and recommendations.
• Review HR policies and processes using data and employee feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Support workforce planning, talent management, onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to HR projects and initiatives across markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of professional HR experience.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information.
