HR Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead HR strategy, policies and programs for Liban Cables in Nahr Ibrahim, aligning with Nexans global HR direction and local business needs. This role partners closely with site managers to drive people initiatives that support the company’s energy transition goals.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate HR strategy, policies and programs at site level in line with Nexans global HR and business strategy.
• Advise and support site managers on all people‑related matters, including recruitment, performance management and employee development.
• Design and implement interview processes, shortlist candidates and negotiate compensation packages.
• Develop and manage performance calibration, leadership and career management processes.
• Conduct competencies and skills gap analysis and define learning and development plans.
• Maintain health‑and‑safety focus and ensure related processes are followed.
• Lead labor relations, including collective bargaining, labor agreement negotiation and communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of local labor legislation and collective bargaining practices.
• Ability to partner with site managers and influence people‑related decisions.
• Experience in designing and delivering performance management and talent development programs.
