HR Coordinator

About the role

Zimmer Biomet is seeking an HR Coordinator to provide first‑line HR support across the organization. You will act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring smooth administration of HR processes and compliance with internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for employee and manager HR inquiries.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HR Information System.
• Coordinate pre‑onboarding, onboarding, and off‑boarding activities in line with EMEA standards.
• Prepare, track, and renew employment contracts, annexes, and certificates.
• Manage hiring processes for non‑national employees, including work permits and vendor coordination.
• Generate headcount reports and provide HR data insights.
• Administer employee benefits such as medical care, life insurance, sports programs, and meal cards.
• Provide payroll input, including time and attendance data, ensuring accuracy.
• Identify and implement process improvements in HR administration.
• Support rollout of new HR initiatives, policies, and training sessions.
