Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team, ensuring our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The role involves overseeing daily cleaning operations, managing staff, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, train and schedule housekeeping staff, allocating duties across shifts.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house facilities to verify compliance with cleanliness standards.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, place orders and ensure proper storage.
• Address guest complaints and requests promptly, providing effective resolutions.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and chemical handling regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Required skills
