Head of Business Development

About the role

The Head of Business Development will lead commercial growth for an innovative hospitality‑technology company expanding regionally and globally. Reporting to the CEO, this senior leader will shape strategy, drive revenue, and ensure operational excellence across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Lead and coordinate Sales, Marketing, Graphic Design, Customer Success, and Business Operations teams.
• Identify and secure strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.
• Manage departmental budgets, KPIs, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Oversee customer acquisition, retention, CRM and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to ensure successful client delivery.
• Build, mentor and develop high‑performing cross‑functional teams.
• Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Leadership, Operations or General Management.
• Proven track record of managing cross‑functional teams and delivering revenue growth.
• Experience in SaaS, technology or hospitality‑technology environments is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
