Growth Associate

About the role

Namshi, the Middle East’s leading online fashion platform, is seeking a driven Growth Associate to join its Growth Team. You will work across one of several specialised departments to accelerate customer acquisition, engagement, retention and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition through paid search, social and display campaigns, optimizing spend and performance.
• Design, launch and monitor promotional offers, balancing margin impact with acquisition goals.
• Own end‑to‑end lifecycle campaigns via email, push notifications and WhatsApp, improving retention and re‑activation metrics.
• Manage growth of key product categories, curating selections, enhancing on‑site visibility and collaborating with brand partners.
• Sell and manage sponsored ad placements, growing retail media revenue and reporting performance.
• Build dashboards and analytical models, translate data into actionable insights and support A/B testing.
• Identify and resolve product catalog quality gaps, leveraging AI tools to scale content improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Relevant experience in growth, digital marketing, e‑commerce, commercial operations, analytics, merchandising or CRM.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate across functions.
• Proactive, organised and detail‑oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities.
