Full‑time Waitstaff – Beirut

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive waitstaff member to join our team at Spectrum Hospitality Group’s Beirut venue. This full‑time, on‑site position involves greeting guests, presenting menus, taking orders and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus and provide recommendations based on preferences.
• Accurately take and transmit food and beverage orders to the kitchen.
• Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring correct presentation.
• Maintain clean and well‑set tables and dining area throughout service.
• Process payments and handle guest inquiries or concerns professionally.
• Support opening and closing duties, including side‑work and coordination with kitchen staff.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Practical knowledge of food‑and‑beverage service standards and menu items.
• Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Basic awareness of food handling and cooking processes (formal training a plus).
• Previous experience in restaurants, cafés or similar hospitality settings preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods, carry trays safely and work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Team‑player, reliable and detail‑oriented in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage.
