Full-Time or Part-Time Caregiver

About the role

HomeWell is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in‑home support to clients within a 60‑mile radius of Nashville, TN. You can choose the shifts that fit your schedule, working full‑time, part‑time, or a mix of both, with paid time off starting from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light cooking, cleaning, bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help clients with ambulation and medication reminders.
• Transport clients to appointments and run errands as needed.

Required profile

• Preferred: 6 months full‑time or 12 months part‑time experience caring for geriatric or chronically ill individuals.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance (if transporting clients).
• Physically able to perform caregiving duties.
• Mature, punctual, and dependable.
• Pass a national and state criminal background check and a drug screen.
