Front Desk Receptionist – Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Kuwait City. This full‑time, on‑site position is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, manage sign‑in procedures, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Answer incoming phone calls, route calls, and handle inquiries with a courteous and professional tone.
• Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinate meeting rooms.
• Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence.
• Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all administrative supplies are stocked.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong phone etiquette and ability to manage multiple calls simultaneously.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in a medical front‑desk or similar administrative role is a plus.
