Franchising & Retail Manager

About the role

The Franchising & Retail Manager will lead the growth of Souchet’s franchise and retail network across domestic and international markets. The role combines business development, market analysis and hands‑on retail expertise to identify opportunities, secure partners and launch new stores that meet brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new markets, territories and retail formats; conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Build and manage a pipeline of franchisees, investors and operators, selecting partners based on financial strength and brand fit.
• Develop market‑entry strategies, prepare feasibility studies, business cases and financial models, and present proposals to prospective partners.
• Lead negotiations, coordinate legal agreements and oversee the end‑to‑end expansion process, from site selection to store opening.
• Ensure new stores are operationally ready, monitor post‑opening performance and enforce brand, merchandising and customer experience standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in franchising, retail expansion or business development, preferably at a senior managerial level.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of negotiating and closing partnership agreements.
• Ability to travel regularly to existing and potential markets.
