Financial Analyst

About the role

The Financial Analyst will support the Group's FP&A function by delivering budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis across all markets. The role provides timely, accurate, and insightful financial information to enable effective management decision‑making and business performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, consolidate and review the Group’s annual budget, quarterly forecasts and long‑range financial plans, coordinating with market finance teams.
• Monitor budget utilization, highlight significant variances, risks and opportunities for management.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, annual and ad‑hoc FP&A reports, dashboards and KPI packs; analyse variances against budget, forecast and prior year.
• Coordinate the Group Budget, Mid‑Year Review and Re‑Forecast processes across markets and business units.
• Track and analyse financial and operational KPIs to support performance monitoring and decision‑making.
• Develop and maintain financial models, reporting templates and planning tools for forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Support business cases, investment evaluations and ad‑hoc financial analysis requested by management.
• Ensure compliance with Group financial policies, reporting standards and SOPs; identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to FP&A process optimisation, reporting automation and analytical tool enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and present insights.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with finance teams across multiple markets.
