Junior Accountant

About the role

Twellium Industrial Company Limited, a leading Ghanaian beverage and food producer, is expanding its finance team in Beirut. We are seeking a Junior Accountant to support day‑to‑day financial operations, ensure data accuracy and assist with reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Track expenses, payments, invoices and other financial transactions.
• Enter data into the accounting/ERP system ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain and update financial files, schedules and supporting documents.
• Reconcile data across branches and coordinate with manufacturing plants to avoid discrepancies.
• Support pricing, costing and budgeting activities.
• Review transactions, resolve discrepancies and match accounts payable with accounts receivable.
• Assist with month‑end closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Provide additional accounting and controlling support to the Finance team as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting, audit or finance.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and analytical abilities.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel.
• Dolphin ERP (or other accounting software).
