Finance Manager

About the role

Cube 3D, Lebanon's leading 3D printing company, is expanding its finance function and seeks a Finance Manager to lead it. This hands‑on position works directly with the CEO and department heads, covering costing, pricing, inventory, cash planning and compliance in a fast‑growing import and distribution business.

Key responsibilities

• Own the landed‑cost process for imported goods, including freight, customs, duties and related charges.
• Develop and maintain pricing frameworks across product categories, including discount and reseller structures.
• Produce inventory reports, monitor stock cover and turnover, and support purchasing decisions with margin and velocity analysis.
• Deliver accurate monthly closes with clear reporting on gross margin, department performance and operating results.
• Maintain a rolling cash forecast, plan supplier payments and manage working‑capital cycles.
• Oversee VAT, NSSF and statutory reporting, coordinating with external accountants and auditors.
• Partner with the founder and department heads on pricing, supplier terms and commercial analysis, and later contribute to budgeting and stakeholder reporting.

Required profile

• 5+ years of finance experience with a focus on reporting and analysis.
• Solid knowledge of customs, imports, landed costs and inventory management.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics; CMA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; French is an advantage.

Required skills

• Experience with cloud accounting/inventory systems such as Zoho, Odoo or NetSuite.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets, including building financial models from scratch.
