F&B Procurement Coordinator

About the role

The F&B Procurement Coordinator will join Spectrum Hospitality Group’s Beirut team to manage food and beverage purchasing for multiple restaurant concepts. Working on‑site, you will ensure that high‑quality ingredients and supplies are sourced, negotiated, and delivered on time to support menu execution and seasonal offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and select suppliers for food, beverage and related supplies across all outlets.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and delivery terms to achieve cost‑effective procurement.
• Create, issue and track purchase orders; verify invoices and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast usage and align orders with menu plans to minimise waste.
• Collaborate with kitchen, operations and finance teams to ensure seamless supply flow.
• Support compliance with company standards, food safety regulations and local F&B laws.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food and beverage sourcing, vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Strong background in inventory control, stock forecasting and basic cost analysis.
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site in Beirut with flexibility to respond to operational needs.
• Commitment to ethical, non‑discriminatory workplace practices.
