ERP Techno-Functional Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated ERP Techno-Functional Specialist with 2–3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The role blends technical development with functional ERP expertise to support implementation, customization, and client training.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in Business Central implementation projects from kickoff to go‑live.
• Analyse client business processes and translate requirements into ERP configurations.
• Develop and customize Business Central solutions using AL Language.
• Configure standard modules to match customer needs.
• Perform testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation.
• Support user acceptance testing and post‑implementation activities.
• Deliver user training and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and project managers.
• Maintain coding standards and assist with system upgrades and integrations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience developing customizations using AL Language.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to gather and analyse business requirements and work in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel within Lebanon and occasionally abroad for client engagements.
