ERP Business Developer – Odoo Specialist

About the role
The ERP Business Developer focuses on identifying and developing opportunities for Odoo ERP solutions in Lebanon. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and with internal Odoo teams to design suitable implementations.
Key responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities for Odoo ERP within existing and potential clients.
- Engage with clients to gather functional requirements and business challenges.
- Propose tailored Odoo modules, workflows and pricing.
- Prepare project proposals, scopes of work and client presentations.
- Collaborate with functional and technical Odoo teams to ensure solution feasibility.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT or related field.
- 3–5 years experience in ERP business development or sales, preferably with Odoo.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo modules and implementation processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and analyze client needs.
