Enumerator – Hotline & Data Entry

About the role

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) in Lebanon is seeking an Enumerator to manage its Client Responsiveness and Accountability (CRA) hotline. The role involves direct interaction with beneficiaries who use IRC’s feedback and complaints mechanisms, ensuring their concerns are recorded and addressed promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and messages (WhatsApp, SMS) from clients using the CRA hotline.
• Record and register all feedback accurately in the JIRA ticketing system.
• Provide timely and courteous responses to client inquiries and complaints.
• Support additional data‑collection activities related to IRC projects as needed.

Required profile

• Strong communication abilities and a respectful approach to client interaction.
• High attention to detail for precise data entry.
• Willingness to complete training provided by IRC.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the JIRA ticketing system.
