E-commerce Virtual Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an organized, detail‑oriented E‑commerce Virtual Assistant to support U.S. online retailers. Working remotely, you will manage product listings, process orders, handle customer inquiries and keep inventory accurate across multiple marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and optimize product listings on platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy and eBay.
• Process customer orders, monitor fulfillment and handle returns, exchanges, refunds and claims.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat or marketplace messaging systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and update product availability.
• Conduct product and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
• Generate sales, inventory and performance reports.
• Monitor product pricing and ensure marketplace compliance.
• Coordinate with suppliers, fulfillment centers and internal teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in e‑commerce, marketplace management or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication (C1 level or higher) with a neutral accent.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a dedicated home office.
• Availability to work during Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
