Digital Rollout Specialist

About the role

Chedid Capital Group is seeking an experienced Digital Rollout Specialist to lead the deployment of its HealthTech and InsurTech solutions across multiple subsidiaries worldwide. The role involves end‑to‑end project execution, stakeholder alignment, and reporting to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate rollout activities for digital solutions in multiple countries, including functional testing oversight, stakeholder training, support, and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain detailed deployment plans and timelines, tracking progress against project milestones.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and digital transformation teams to ensure comprehensive testing and successful user onboarding.
• Serve as the primary contact for subsidiary teams, managing communication, change‑management initiatives, and feedback collection.
• Engage regional and local teams, communicate status, risks, and milestones to project leadership, and facilitate collaboration with vendors and external partners.
• Identify potential risks, work with the PMO on mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve challenges to keep rollouts on schedule.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or business analysis, preferably in digital transformation or technology rollouts.
• Experience with ERP and/or CRM implementations is a strong plus.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale, cross‑border programs.
