Digital Illustrator & Creative Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a talented Digital Illustrator who can also lead a creative team. The role combines hands‑on illustration work with project coordination, ensuring high‑quality visual assets are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Create characters and illustrations that convey ideas or concepts using Wacom tablets and Adobe software.
• Lead and manage a team of illustrators, designers, and editors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate project phases from concept development to final delivery, aligning assets with project objectives.
• Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure successful completion.
• Maintain clear communication with upper management, reporting status and addressing changes.
• Track timelines and deadlines, ensuring prompt submission of deliverables and efficient team performance.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing creative teams and working under tight deadlines.
• Solid project‑management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
