Digital Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a passionate, curious and organized Digital Account Manager to join our team and drive multi‑discipline communications for a multinational brand. You will develop strong client‑management capabilities, shape brand communication, and begin to influence the strategic direction of the team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop structured recommendations and presentations backed by data, research and best‑in‑class examples.
• Partner with internal teams to formulate strategic advice aligned with client business realities.
• Provide project‑management leadership, ensuring timelines, quality standards and stakeholder alignment.
• Support the social‑media team by creating strategies, conducting research, tracking trends and delivering proactive solutions.
• Monitor communication trends, produce competitive audits and business updates.
• Manage day‑to‑day client relationships and act as a liaison between the agency and clients.
• Assist the Business Director in crafting effective communication strategies.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience working with social‑first brands and digital communication projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills, capable of nuanced argumentation.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive, reliable and capable of managing multiple stakeholders across markets.
