About the role

The Design Team Lead oversees the creative execution, workflow management, and overall performance of the graphic design team across all client accounts and campaigns. This position blends creative direction, project management, quality control, and team development to deliver high‑quality, strategically aligned visual content.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for design‑related discussions, ensuring client requirements and creative objectives are clearly understood and communicated internally.
• Support account managers and leadership in presenting design concepts, visual directions, branding ideas, and campaign creatives to clients.
• Manage feedback loops and revision processes, translating client feedback into actionable direction for the design team.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the graphic design team, monitoring task distribution, timelines, priorities, and capacity.
• Provide mentorship, creative guidance, and technical support to designers, fostering a collaborative and solutions‑oriented culture.
• Ensure all visual outputs align with client objectives, brand positioning, and agency standards.
