Design and Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Design and Business Development Manager who will combine sales expertise with strong design capabilities. The role focuses on building and nurturing B2B relationships while delivering high‑end design solutions using AutoCAD.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with corporate and B2B clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and commercial offers.
• Create layout designs and product integrations using AutoCAD.
• Lead client meetings, presentations and negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, architects, contractors and other external stakeholders.
• Oversee after‑sales service, including maintenance scheduling, site visits and inspections.
• Propose and manage service agreements in collaboration with technical teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Background in interior design or architecture is preferred, though other design‑oriented backgrounds are considered.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Attention to luxury aesthetics and detail.
• Self‑driven, adaptable and able to work independently.
• Customer‑service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
