Data Analyst – Business Development

About the role

The Business Development Data Analyst will support strategic decision‑making by gathering, cleaning, and interpreting data from multiple sources. You will streamline data workflows, automate reporting routines, and turn complex datasets into clear, actionable business recommendations that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and manage data from internal and external sources, creating automated, user‑friendly collection routines.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity while handling confidential information securely.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and detailed reports for leadership using BI tools.
• Develop advanced analytics models, translate complex problems into simplified analytical solutions, and troubleshoot reporting databases and dashboards.
• Collaborate with quality‑assurance teams to validate data, resolve discrepancies, and improve system efficiency.
• Define, implement, and monitor KPIs, providing regular performance insights to relevant departments.
• Work cross‑functionally with Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to identify process‑improvement opportunities and translate business needs into data solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• More than 4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
