Dairy Quality Manager – Ghana

About the role

Twellium Industrial Company Limited is seeking an experienced Dairy Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and control across its dairy product lines in Ghana. The role ensures compliance with health, safety, and food‑quality standards while driving continuous improvement in collaboration with production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance protocols, ensuring compliance with local, state and federal food‑safety regulations.
• Oversee all quality control inspections, including raw material, in‑process and finished‑goods testing, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Analyze test results, identify deviations, and lead corrective‑action initiatives.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement improvement strategies.
• Maintain detailed records of quality activities, test results and corrective actions.
• Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.
• Train and develop the quality team on industry standards and best practices.
• Evaluate vendor material quality, work with suppliers to resolve issues and improve incoming material standards.
• Ensure facility compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO and other relevant certifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Food Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in quality assurance/control, with mandatory dairy industry experience.
• Advanced degree or certification in quality management is a plus.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of food‑safety regulations and quality‑assurance principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and ISO certification requirements.
