Customer Service & Recruitment Associate (Arabic & English Speaker)

About the role

Capital Placement is looking for a bilingual Customer Service & Recruitment Associate to be the first point of contact for corporate clients and employers across the region. You will combine client‑facing duties with end‑to‑end recruitment coordination, ensuring talent programs run smoothly from onboarding to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for corporate clients via phone, email, and chat in Arabic and English.
• Conduct consultations to understand hiring goals and recommend suitable program structures.
• Support daily delivery of recruitment and talent programs across multiple regions.
• Manage a high volume of client accounts, maintaining accurate records in all systems.
• Conduct interviews and briefings using the in‑house AI interviewer, Rena.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless program execution.
• Analyze client and program data, surface insights, and share recommendations.
• Leverage AI tools to improve client experience and streamline workflows.
• Take ownership of issues and resolve them with sound judgement.

Required profile

• Available full‑time; not compatible with studies, another job, or freelance work.
• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Comfortable managing corporate client relationships and stakeholder communication.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple programs.
• Calm under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solver with a client‑first mindset.
• Curious about AI and automation.
• Experience in recruitment, B2B sales, client success, or program coordination is a plus.
