About the role
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Coordinator to be the front‑face of our studio, ensuring every interior or architecture project moves smoothly from the first client inquiry to final delivery. You will handle client communications, prepare project briefs, and keep internal teams aligned.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to WhatsApp, Instagram, and walk‑in inquiries promptly.
- Prepare detailed project briefs and technical specifications for each inquiry.
- Quote prices and create professional proposals.
- Coordinate and organise approved projects within the studio.
- Provide regular updates to the team and manager on project status.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience in a client‑facing or coordination role.
- Natural energy, strong organisational skills, and comfort speaking with a wide range of people.
- Background in interior design, architecture, or a related field is a strong plus.
Required skills
- ClickUp (project management tool)
