Customer Service Nurse – Night Shift

About the role

GlobeMed Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Nurse to work night shifts, handling administrative certification for international medical claims and supporting a range of health services. The role combines direct customer interaction with coordination of medical evacuations, repatriations, and travel assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide inbound and outbound support to international partners, ensuring timely access to local and international provider networks.
• Arrange medical evacuations, repatriations, and medical/travel assistance services.
• File and report IHS claims, create providers on the IHS portal, and manage claims throughout the process.
• Follow up with customers to confirm service delivery and address any outstanding needs.
• Coordinate with internal GlobeMed departments to meet service quality and timeframe standards.
• Inform customers about provider networks, products, and service offerings.
• Resolve complaints by identifying causes, proposing solutions, and ensuring corrective actions are completed.
• Maintain accurate case records and update case information regularly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn healthcare insurance and TPA operations.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, healthcare, or a similar service‑oriented environment is an advantage.
• Fluent in spoken English and Arabic; French is a plus.
