Product Specialist – Urology & Minimally Invasive Surgery

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Product Specialist to support our Urology, Endoscopy and Minimally Invasive Surgery portfolio in the Beqaa area of Lebanon. The role combines sales, clinical support and training to help surgeons and operating‑room teams deliver optimal patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for assigned product lines.
• Provide technical and clinical assistance to surgeons and OR teams during procedures.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while managing key hospital and surgical‑center accounts.
• Conduct product demonstrations and respond to customer inquiries.
• Train healthcare professionals, nurses and surgical staff on safe and effective product use.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and stay informed on clinical and market developments.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in medical sales, clinical support or a related healthcare field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing or a related discipline.
• Valid driving licence and reliable personal vehicle for frequent hospital visits.
• Strong communication and sales abilities with a commercial mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet performance targets.
