About the role

Presentail is looking for a motivated Customer Service Agent & Dispatcher to join its fast‑growing e‑commerce gifting team. You will be the first point of contact for shoppers, handling phone and chat inquiries while ensuring orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time.

Key responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer chats promptly.
Provide courteous customer service, troubleshoot issues and resolve complaints.
Verify order quality and ensure the items match the product images before dispatch.
Assign orders to drivers, coordinate dispatch schedules and monitor delivery progress.
Handle store cash transactions, prepare daily financial reports and submit them to management.
Report low‑stock items and special customer requests to the inventory team.

Required profile

Strong communication abilities.
Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
Capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
