Customer Relationship Manager

About the role

The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) will lead the design and execution of our customer relationship strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business and marketing objectives. This role focuses on building strong customer loyalty, improving data quality, and delivering effective multi‑channel campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a CRM strategy that supports business and marketing goals.
• Create customer segmentation models and design journey maps for lifecycle marketing.
• Plan, launch, and monitor multi‑channel CRM campaigns.
• Audit, assess, and enhance existing loyalty and reward programs.
• Optimize UI/UX of current programs and develop new initiatives.
• Maintain data quality, segmentation accuracy, and database hygiene.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Improve call‑center management processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 4–7 years of experience in CRM and database marketing.
• Proven track record managing customer retention and loyalty programs.
• Strong quantitative and analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into strategy.
