Customer Relationship Associate

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Relationship Associate to join our fully remote team. In this position you will guide clients through solutions, resolve inquiries efficiently, and nurture long‑term relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional assistance via phone, email, and live chat.
• Deliver daily updates to over 100 clients through messaging platforms.
• Facilitate onboarding for new clients with clear instructions and support.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and objections, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Proactively follow up on pending tasks or outstanding issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer problems.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and implement enhancements.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Build strong, trust‑based relationships with clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote experience in a high‑volume customer service role.
• Familiarity with recruitment or HR processes is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong multitasking, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
• Patience and resilience when handling difficult client interactions.
• Passion for helping clients and exceeding expectations.
