Customer Communications Associate

About the role

The Customer Communications Associate supports the Client Growth & Engagement Department by managing outbound and inbound client interactions. Reporting to the Brand Voice & Customer Experience Specialist, the role ensures consistent, professional communication across all touch points, helping to retain and grow the client base.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured outbound follow‑up calls and messages after inquiries, viewings, transactions, or service interactions.
• Reach out proactively to clients who have not been contacted recently to maintain relationship continuity.
• Log all outbound communication accurately in the CRM, noting date, interaction type, and client feedback.
• Escalate any client concerns, complaints, or urgent issues to the designated specialist for resolution.
• Respond to inbound client inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Gather key information from inbound contacts and either resolve simple queries or hand them off to the appropriate team member.
• Maintain a log of inbound interactions and keep client records up to date.
• Support feedback collection initiatives as directed by the department.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to accurately record interactions.
• Proactive attitude toward client relationship management.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast‑paced team.
