Creative Team Leader

About the role

Neon Consultancy is seeking a full‑time Creative Team Leader to head its design studio in Beirut. You will drive creative direction for branding and marketing campaigns while acting as the primary creative liaison with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and mentor a team of 10 graphic designers, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
• Present creative concepts to clients, building strong relationships and confidence in the agency’s vision.
• Oversee creative output across multiple clients, maintaining consistency, quality and brand alignment.
• Review and approve all design work before client submission.
• Translate client briefs into clear creative direction and actionable design outputs.
• Collaborate with account managers and strategists to align creative with business objectives.
• Introduce new ideas, trends and formats to keep content, campaigns and branding innovative.
• Manage team workload, timelines and priorities for efficient delivery.
• Provide constructive feedback, coaching and support hiring of new designers when needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a creative leadership role within an agency or fast‑paced environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑level design and creative direction.
• Excellent leadership, communication and client‑facing skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Highly organized, proactive and detail‑oriented.
